§ 71.11. BOULEVARD PARKING PROHIBITED.

No vehicle shall be stopped or parked on a boulevard unless the boulevard is part of the parking area in a duly posted angle parking zone and there is no curb and gutter between the boulevard and the traveled portion of the roadway. Stopping for loading and unloading purposes shall not be within the provisions of this section, provided prior approval therefor is granted by City Council resolution.
