§ 70.41. STATE REGULATIONS INCORPORATED.

The requirements of all other laws of the state and rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Conservation concerning, among other things, the registration of snowmobiles, consistent with the laws of the state and not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter, are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if set out in full. Those regulations, the violation of which under the laws of the state would amount to petty misdemeanors shall be regarded petty misdemeanors under this code, and likewise, those provisions, the violation of which are deemed misdemeanors under the laws of the state, shall be regarded misdemeanors under this code.
