§ 70.21. RUBBER SURFACED WHEELS REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to operate, move or cause to be moved upon or along the streets of the city at any time any tractor, truck, wagon, trailer, automobile or any other vehicle of any kind or any combination thereof unless the same is equipped with rubber surfaced wheels. The using of rubber surfaced wheels with projecting metal lugs, or so-called studs, is likewise prohibited.
