§ 52.02. APPLICATION FOR WATER SERVICE.

(A) Required. No person, firm or corporation shall hereafter make or cause to be made any connection to the municipal water system of the city without first having applied to the city for a water meter. All such connections shall be made by a licensed plumber.
(B) Contents. The application shall describe the property and give the name of the owner. All meter applications shall be in writing and signed by the owner of the property or an authorized agent upon forms provided for that purpose by the city.
