§ 91.02. APPLICABILITY OF REGULATIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to:
(A) All landowners, developers, lessors, sublessors, assignors, lessees, sublessees, assignees and managing agents of real estate situated in the city.
(B) All real estate brokers and sales people.
(C) All banks, mortgage companies, insurance companies and financial institutions.
(D) Any and all employees and agents of divisions (A), (B) and (C) of this section.
